A light, healthy, and delicious snack with creamy hummus served alongside fresh vegetable sticks like carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers. Perfect for dipping or as a quick bite.

Hummus and Veggie Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 150 g Hummus
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced into sticks
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the veggie sticks by peeling and slicing the carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers into sticks.
  2. In a small bowl, serve the hummus for dipping.
  3. Arrange the vegetable sticks around the bowl of hummus.
  4. Optionally, drizzle olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with paprika or sesame seeds for extra flavour.
