A light, healthy, and delicious snack with creamy hummus served alongside fresh vegetable sticks like carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers. Perfect for dipping or as a quick bite.
Ingredients
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 150 g Hummus
- 2 Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into sticks
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Sesame seeds
Preparation Steps
- Prepare the veggie sticks by peeling and slicing the carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers into sticks.
- In a small bowl, serve the hummus for dipping.
- Arrange the vegetable sticks around the bowl of hummus.
- Optionally, drizzle olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with paprika or sesame seeds for extra flavour.
