A tasty Mediterranean wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh salad, and a tangy tahini sauce. Perfect for a quick, vegetarian lunch.
Ingredients
- 6 Falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 Pita wraps or flatbreads
- 2 tablespoons Tahini sauce
- Mixed salad leaves
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- Lemon wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
- Cook the falafel according to package instructions or fry until golden brown.
- Warm the pita wraps or flatbreads.
- Spread a generous amount of tahini sauce on the wrap.
- Add a handful of mixed salad leaves, cucumber slices, and tomatoes.
- Place 4-5 falafel balls in the centre and drizzle with more tahini sauce.
- Wrap and serve immediately.
