A tasty Mediterranean wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh salad, and a tangy tahini sauce. Perfect for a quick, vegetarian lunch.

Falafel Wrap

Ingredients

  • 6 Falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 Pita wraps or flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini sauce
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • Lemon wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Cook the falafel according to package instructions or fry until golden brown.
  2. Warm the pita wraps or flatbreads.
  3. Spread a generous amount of tahini sauce on the wrap.
  4. Add a handful of mixed salad leaves, cucumber slices, and tomatoes.
  5. Place 4-5 falafel balls in the centre and drizzle with more tahini sauce.
  6. Wrap and serve immediately.
